I am so impressed with this hotel being a 3 star (I usually stay 4 to 5 star). The room is spacious, shower is fantastic and the bed is not only comfortable for sleeping but also super comfy to relax for a few hours and watch Netflix. Also, I was worried the outside traffic would be loud but not a peep. What really impressed me is the free breakfast and how generous they were with plenty of options for veggies/vegans. I would defo stay here again without any hesitation!

Fantastic breakfast with variety of fruit and waffer maker. Hotel service very polite and professional. I loved that we could leave our suitcase for safe keeping. I am happy with the hotel

Perks to the staff. They are extremely friendly and made everything very easy for us. The location has pros and cons. On the downside it is not on a very attractive area. You are in front of a 4 lane street with a tram stop. On the upside you are 5 mins away from Alexanderplatz which connects with all other metro lines in the city. You also have a supermarket (Netto) around d the corner if you need something to eat, water, etc. Breakfast was superb. Has all kind of options food wise of fresh food. Vegan and vegetarian options are included, just pay attention to the small signs. The room was extremely clean, no dust whatsoever. The showers pristine. That made me and my family very happy, since we had had bad experiences. Overall would totally recommend.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in, in Berlin.We have visited many times to see family.The staff were wonderful, from the guys on reception, to the fantastic night time bar man and the lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms.The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, and the dining room staff very friendly and efficient. The beds were so comfortable and the room we had was spotless..It is hard to fault it.We saw some negative reviews and were a little concerned before we went, but truly, it is a really great hotel, enhanced by great staff !

The room as really cozy and comfortable. I loved the breakfast the most. I was so very delighted to see so many vegetarian options in breakfast. I had made a request for vegetarian options prior to stay, not sure if it was because of the request or otherwise. But I have never seen such varied options for vegetarians like us. Totally loved it and definitely recommended anyway for all kind of visitors.

- very good Breakfast with a lot of variety - central location, though the room was very quiet (we took the garden view so we did not face the main street) - 2 different pillows per person - I think it is perfect for a short trip to Berlin but maybe not more than 2-3 days.
